Effective Workplace Communication
This project addresses common barriers to effective communication in professional settings by providing structured guidance on active listening, clarity in messaging, and feedback delivery. I developed a targeted slide presentation and a detailed instructional storyboard to support employee training and engagement. Tools utilized include Gamma (a free-to-use AI design partner for creating effortless presentations, websites, and more) for visual content and Canva for design refinement, aligned with best practices in instructional design.
